Our stay was very enjoyable! The initial reservation on line was easy and then when I called to inquire about an early check in, I was informed how best to do so that morning and was accommodated easily. They even sorted out shifting from a King to 2 Queen beds efficiently. Check in staff was friendly and informative about local restaurants, providing an entire list to choose from in the quaint area of Holly Springs. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We had everything needed to enjoy our stay including a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the common area with all day complimentary coffee service. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options to satisfy even picky eaters. They even have washers and dryers on site which is a bonus for a family! The staff was courteous and helpful with positive attitudes and service with a smile.

"Leo" checked us in. She was absolutely the nicest person. Remembered our names when greeting us later. Was so sweet and patient while helping an elderly couple make their coffee. I would stay at this hotel again solely based on her kindness!

Broken door handles and non functional key card slots is the amenities you get this hotel. We were here for night stay during our visit to holly springs. Room was clean but entry door was flimsy, bathroom door was flimsy and wouldn't lock in some positions. Gym door did not work for me either. Breakfast was ok!

The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was normal hotel fare which i always like. The room wasnt the best though. The bathroom had mold in the shower and a broken sliding door. Rest of the room was pretty normal but a weird layout. Also they dont do housekeeping

As a Diamond Honors member, this was my worst experience with Hilton and with any hotel for that matter. Found out the room was infested with bugs. I took pictures and video, showed the clerk and asked for a new room. Clerk wouldn't give me one. I packed up my clothes and bags and went to check out and all if a sudden the clerk now had a room ready for me. Then he moves me into a different room which had a plumbing issue in the sink where the water took about 10 minutes to drain. I've since emailed the managers and GM. No response. I filled out their survey and requested someone reach out. No response! This experience makes me question my loyalty to the Hilton brand if even as a Diamond member, I can't get a new room when I find out it's infested.

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool, Gym, and a small Convenience Store on site. Rooms are all new and spacious with a small refrigerator. Parking is free and complimentary breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
